Meet Mark
I love it when teams work together. Always have. There’s nothing better than seeing people solve real problems together instead of working around each other.
But I’ve also seen the other side—leaders stuck in meetings, putting out fires, frustrated that their team just isn’t clicking the way it should.
I spent over 15 years as the founder of a software company, watching organizations try to fix collaboration and alignment problems with software. But silo mentalities aren’t a technology problem. They’re a people problem.
Now, I work with leaders in government agencies, companies, and boards to eliminate silo mentalities, break down barriers, build trust, strengthen collaboration, and create teams that actually work together.
