I help executive teams eliminate silo mentalities, build trust, and work together more effectively. Leaders bring me in when their teams feel fragmented, misaligned, or stuck—because I don’t just talk about teamwork; I give teams the mindset, structure, and tools to make collaboration a daily habit. MY STORY

A Passion for Teamwork

I love it when teams work together. Always have. There’s nothing better than seeing people solve real problems together instead of working around each other.

But I’ve also seen the other side—leaders stuck in meetings, putting out fires, frustrated that their team just isn’t clicking the way it should. When departments operate with silo mentalities instead of a collaborative culture, decisions slow, inefficiencies grow, and frustration builds.

Early in my career, I worked in IT and operations, where I saw firsthand how well-intentioned leaders, myself included, unintentionally created barriers between departments. Later, as the founder of a software company, I watched leaders try to fix collaboration and alignment problems with software instead of through people.

That’s when I realized something critical: Technology doesn’t solve teamwork problems—people do. The biggest challenges weren’t about tools; they were about how teams think, communicate, and work together. Silo mentalities, territorial thinking, and misaligned priorities weren’t just frustrating—they were holding organizations back.

Solving this problem became my focus. Through years of research, leadership experience, and hands-on work with executive teams, I discovered that eliminating silo mentalities isn’t just important—it’s essential. When teams align, collaborate, and execute together, organizations move faster, perform better, and become more adaptable. And they have more fun.

Now, I help executive teams bridge divides, reset their collaboration habits, and establish rhythms that sustain long-term success.

I don’t just talk about teamwork—I help teams use it to drive business results. My work is shaped by decades of hands-on leadership experience, combined with deep training in the top frameworks for collaboration and alignment.

I’ve led teams, founded and run a software company for over 15 years, and worked directly with executive teams to improve alignment and execution. I know firsthand that when teams collaborate effectively, organizations move faster, make better decisions, and drive stronger financial and operational results. Teams that work together well innovate faster, improve customer experience, and retain top talent.

Whether in the boardroom or on the court, I believe great teams are built through intentional habits and shared commitment. I’m also passionate about aviation and sports and enjoy life near Nashville with my wife and daughter.
