How do you develop a cohesive leadership team? Well, there are really three steps now to do that. One is to develop team players so that everyone on the team is hungry, humble, and smart. Two is for everyone to take off their position hat or their role hat and come to the team with how can their gifts best contribute to the collective goals of the team. Three, get the team to perform by implementing the behaviors that lead to results.
